All About: The Nail Game


Are you getting tired of putting nail extensions & gel nails? It is very important to let our nails take a break from nail polish and let our nails breathe. 

Worry no more! I have listed some of the options which helped me grow healthy nails:

Option 1.png
Pour some lemon juice into a small cup, dip your finger into the juice, and keep them for around 15 minutes (repeat this three times a week)
Option 2.png
Garlic can likewise help nails grow. There are numerous approaches to apply it. One of the easiest way is to pinch the garlic clove for around 10 minutes (You can do this on a daily basis for better results)
Option 3.png
Another approach to growing nails is to mix half a portion of milk with lemon juice. Submerge your nails in it for 15 minutes and repeat this three times a week. You will notice how progressively your nails can grow, strengthen, and become healthier.

  1. Wow I never knew these tricks! My mums got really flimsy nails that chip easily and can bend backwards, so will suggest these to her. She’ll probably go with the lemon juice if she has no cuts! x
