It stays for at least 13+ hours and is water resistant, which means you definitely need to go grab a makeup remover to wipe it off.
To make full, natural-looking eyebrows, it features two shades of eyebrow powder to make your ideal shade. It’s easy to work with and blends perfectly. I use this on the daily just because it does not tend to lose the “hair brows” compared to using a gel one. Thus, pigmentation is really good.
This gel liner is versatile! It certainly has exceptional pigmentation and a smooth, fluid-like finish to achieve the perfect cat eye. I have it in the shade “wicked” skims on velvety smooth and is absolutely matte and opaque.
